Tampered Records?

Things were going great and then last weekend suddenly all my records and identity were gone for this game. The app told me to uninstall and reinstall to restore my identity in the game. Well it wiped everything I worked for out. Now Im back at square one. Whats that about? This is a fun game, but if this is how its gonna be, youre getting a 1 star rating from me.
